We will drain your hot tub, and then clean all surfaces, filters, equipment compartment, and cover. After the job is complete, your hot tub will be refilled and restarted. Onsen will provide a complete assessment of the problem, and do the necessary repair if possible. Onsen cannot make any guarantees, as our ability to repair is determined by availability of parts for the particular brand and model of your hot tub.
