Onsen guarantees a minimum 50 percent of purchase price trade-in value toward a new HotSpring® Spa for up to 5 years after date of delivery.

FREE WARRANTY-END CHECK UP
Onsen will perform a free general service check up prior to the end of the mechanical warranty. This will help prevent any post-warranty service expenses.

FREE WATER TESTING SOLUTIONS FOR ONE YEAR
Onsen wants you to enjoy trouble-free use of your hot tub. Frequent water testing in the initial year of hot tub ownership helps educate hot tub users in water care. To this end, Onsen supplies all water testing solutions, free of charge, for one year after delivery.

ONSEN GUARANTEED OPERATING COST
Onsen guarantees that HotSpring® will operate outdoors for an average electrical cost not exceeding fifteen ($15.00) dollars per month while maintaining a constant water temperature of 100°-104° F. The cost of operation is based on $.07 per kilowatt hour. In addition, these figures are based on one hour of hot tub usage a day.

If you believe your hot tub is costing more to operate than the guaranteed figure and you are within the standards of this guarantee, Onsen will supply and hook up an electric meter to your hot tub. If the average monthly electrical costs exceed fifteen ($15.00) dollars, Onsen will pay the difference for up to two years.
