Totally Insulated Construction
We use multiple layers of high-density, closed-cell polyurethane foam, like a commercial freezer. Closed-cell foam is water repellent, while less expensive, open-cell foam can absorb water, which reduces its insulating value.



Exclusive Insulated Cover
While many spa manufacturers purchase covers from outside suppliers, Hot Spring makes its own covers for a customized fit. Our exclusive "shoe" in the cover hinge creates a tight seal, locking in heat.


IQ 2020™ Spa Control System Constant Heat
Driving innovation, Hot Spring Spas' energy saving features maintain the water at your desired temperature, eliminating expensive heating, cooling and filtration cycles. If a power outage should occur, no reprogramming is required. Just set it and forget it!

As an added convenience, you can control the jet pump(s) and dim the underwater light in selected models with this auxiliary internal control panel. Innovative, fiber optic technology guides the system, so it operates safely at the water's edge.

The No-Fault™ 6000 Heater
The No-Fault 6000 heater is unlike any other spa heater. In fact, it's an exclusive feature of Hot Spring spas and is one of the many reasons why you'll never find yourself out in the cold.

Typically, the heater is the most vulnerable component of any spa. In other spas, the heater elements come in contact with the spa's water. If the water chemistry is not properly maintained, corrosion can occur - causing the heater to fail. Failures due to water chemistry are commonly excluded from other spa warranties.

With the No-Fault 6000 heater, your warranty is valid for five years regardless of water chemistry. The heater's exclusive design directs the water through four stainless steel tubes. Since the elements never come in contact with water, the most common cause of spa heater failures has been engineered out.

Nothing relaxes like a Hot Spring spa. Primarily because no other spa has jets that perform quite like ours. Each jet has been intelligently designed and thoughtfully located. And our jets can be adjusted to create just the right feel - from powerful and invigorating to gentle and soothing.

The Wavemaster™ Jet Pump
Our Wavemaster jet pump was designed to deliver the finest massage experience, while maximizing energy efficiency. It's a high-output pump which produces a powerful flow at the jets without making a lot of noise or using much electricity.

Since a dedicated circulation pump continually circulates water through the filter and heater, the Wavemaster jet pump operates with just a single speed motor. This provides greater reliability and durability over time.

In addition, a patented pump shroud vents heat from the equipment compartment. This creates a cooler working environment for the motors and electronic components, which contributes to a longer life for your Hot Spring spa.
